When we use those platforms, we require that the registration experience identify Photo Serge LLC / photoserge.org as the sender of the SMS program and make this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service available from the call-to-action or registration flow.
Where a registration is submitted through WebinarJam or another third-party registration platform, the lead submission itself does not by itself complete enrollment in recurring SMS messaging. For recurring SMS messages, we use a confirmation text and require the consumer to reply YES before the consumer is fully enrolled.
If a third-party registration platform does not clearly identify Photo Serge LLC / photoserge.org, or does not make our applicable disclosures, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service reasonably accessible in the registration flow, we may limit communications, seek renewed consent, or decline to enroll the number for recurring SMS marketing or promotional messaging until compliant consent is obtained.
