Webinar Registration and Third-Party Registration Platforms

We may use third-party registration, webinar, hosting, CRM, analytics, and communications platforms, including WebinarJam and similar service providers, to operate registrations and event communications.

When we use a third-party registration platform to collect registrations or lead information on our behalf, the registration flow is intended to identify Photo Serge LLC / photoserge.org as the sender of the SMS program and to make our Privacy Policy and Terms reasonably accessible from the call-to-action or registration flow.

A registration submitted through WebinarJam or another third-party registration platform does not, by itself, complete enrollment in recurring SMS messaging. For recurring SMS messaging, enrollment is completed only after the consumer receives our confirmation text and replies YES.

If a third-party registration platform does not clearly identify Photo Serge LLC / photoserge.org, or does not make our disclosures, Privacy Policy, and Terms reasonably accessible, we may limit communications, seek renewed consent, or decline to enroll the number in recurring SMS marketing or promotional messaging until compliant consent is obtained.

SMS Program Terms

Program description

Photo Serge LLC operates an SMS program for consumers who ask to receive text messages about:

webinar reminders;
photography training updates; and
occasional promotional offers.

This program is offered to consumers who provide the required consent. The exact content and timing of messages may vary based on webinar registrations, purchases, support interactions, and subscription preferences.

Enrollment

Enrollment may begin when you provide your mobile number through a website, webinar registration page, lead form, or similar sign-up flow that includes SMS consent language referencing our Privacy Policy and Terms.

For recurring SMS messages, we send a confirmation text to the number submitted. You are not fully enrolled in recurring SMS messaging unless and until you reply YES to that confirmation text.
